We are privileged to have our work chosen to be featured in the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra, the largest and most prestigious gallery in the country. Our Wonder Tents and newly released Cushions will be accompanying the Tom Roberts exhibition (gallery store) over the summer. So amazing! The late Tom Roberts was a prominent Australian painter, renowned for depicting classic landscapes & outback scenes, with the most famous artwork being 'Shearing the Rams'. Like many fellow Aussies, Jo grew up with this print on her family room wall. It is an image that is closely intertwined with her happy childhood memories, so this opportunity for our brand is really a wonderful honour. And we're getting to that time of year again folks, the beautiful Christmas season is just around the corner! Exactly 6 weeks to go. We hope all our wonderful followers are starting to make plans to spend some quality time with your families. If you're anything like us, Christmas seems to sneak up on us and the last fortnight before Dec 25th is a panicked flurry of online shopping and chaos! This year in our family, we've made a conscious decision to approach Christmas shopping differently - to give ourselves time. Time to make every gift purchase a carefully considered one, that reflects our values - quality, originality, ethical, practical, meaningful & always, beautiful. Buying less, but buying better, gifts for our family and friends that will bring value and joy to their lives. Certainly, this takes more thought and preparation than the last minute rush to the closest giant department store! If this rings true for you too, then allow yourself a quiet moment this weekend to get thinking and researching where you will be spending your hard earned Christmas budget this year.
